Copile is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that facilitates the execution and management of actions between two parties. We are a software company, not a cryptocurrency company. We do not operate as a cryptocurrency exchange, nor do we directly participate in the cryptocurrency industry. Our platform is designed to integrate with existing trading communities and facilitate their trading actions.
When a trade is made through Copile, it is executed using the API keys of an actual cryptocurrency exchange. We do not provide crypto signals or any form of cryptocurrency trading advice. Our role is solely to provide a software platform that enables the execution of trades between parties.
It is important to understand that Copile is not involved in the trading decisions made by the users of our platform. We do not have control over the trades executed, nor do we have any influence over the performance of these trades. Our platform is designed to facilitate actions between two parties, and we do not bear any responsibility for the outcomes of these actions.
We do not hold, manage, or control user funds. We do not have access to user funds, nor do we have the ability to move user funds. We do not provide financial services, and we are not a financial institution. We are a software company providing a platform for facilitating actions between two parties.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for managing your funds and for the outcomes of the trades executed through our platform. We strongly recommend that you only trade with funds that you can afford to lose and that you ensure your decision to use our services is made on an informed basis, in light of your knowledge, experience, and personal financial situation. Please see our Risk Disclosure for more information.
To use our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services if any information provided by you proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
As a user, you are responsible for managing your margin, API, and plan settings on our platform. These settings directly affect how and if trades are executed for you. You are also responsible for your billing and subscription status. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all consequences related to your settings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Copile, a trading brand of Mira Trading LTD, is a software service that automates copy trading between two parties. We do not access, manage, or have control over user funds. Our service operates using exchange API keys provided by the user, which grant us minimal permissions.
These permissions are strictly limited to opening and closing trading orders on behalf of the user. We do not have permissions such as withdrawal access or any other control over your funds. By using our Services, you understand and agree that you assume all risks involved in copy trades from another trader.
Trading involves risk and the potential for financial loss. We are not responsible for any trading losses incurred as a result of using our Services. It is your responsibility to secure your exchange API keys and ensure that the permissions are set correctly.
We strongly recommend that you regularly review and confirm that the API keys used in connection with our Services do not have withdrawal or other permissions that you have not expressly granted. Our platform is designed to mirror the trades of the trader you choose to follow. However, the risk associated with those trades is assumed entirely by you, the user. Trading in cryptocurrencies carries inherent risks, and the performance of a trader in the past does not guarantee future results.
